This quartz In-Line heater is suitable for high-purity fluid heating applications in electronic engineering manufacturing, biomedical research, and high-purity chemical experiments. The product features a tube-wall-wrapped conductive heating structure that avoids the drawbacks of infrared heating. The entire unit is filled with an aluminosilicate insulation layer to reduce heat loss, and is paired with a corrosion-resistant PTFE housing, which minimizes medium contamination while enabling rapid heating and uniform temperature control across the entire range. Suitable for heating various strong acids, high-purity solvents, and ultrapure water, it provides a stable and reliable in-line temperature control solution for production lines.

Product Description
This quartz heater is suitable for most quartz-compatible chemicals and ultrapure water applications. The unit features a compact design and excellent thermal efficiency, utilizing indirect heating so that the heating elements do not come into direct contact with the solution. The product supports online heating and temperature control, and is equipped with overheat protection; it can be paired with a dedicated power modulator as needed to achieve precise temperature control, meeting the control and safety requirements of different production lines.
